For this event, I was assigned the role of Student Chair. I helped coordinate the event, communicated schedules/info from professors to student volunteers, and ensured everyone had a role and an assignment. The event had multiple workshops and small events that could be attended by faculty and staff. For the design portion of this event, I was in charge of creating posters for the doors of each event, punch cards with buttons in the middle to hand out, and a map that displays where each event was in the building.
